Dear colleagues,
I wonder that we came to the end of our great program.
This week, it is unpleasant as well as fruitful week for me because we are being apart after this week. I remember my 1st week collaborated with new friends of different country. I was nervous in the beginning but today, I am feeling so sad being apart with this our constructive and collaborative 10 week long journey. It was precious opportunity for me that I learned new techniques and ideas every week from our dearest instructor Dr. Donna.
I learned the terms of using technology in different States and discussed about it on nicenet which was very fruitful for every teachers. The suggestions for the new participants was our feedback about this course. I found all the discussions were fabulous and wonderful that we are from different teachers of the world got together to share our opinion on certain topics. I do believe, all my colleagues has also learned something new every week.
When I was working with this training program, I got many different techniques which made me updated in teaching. As I work with different topics, I liked blogger.com and Padlet.com most. I enjoy using these tools for solving problems of students.
For these all, I would like to thank to Oregon University and our instructor Dr. Donna for the successful completion of this wonderful and great course. Every tasks that we discussed and created were fruitful that we worked collaboratively with our friends of different countries.
I will be using all these technology tools which are learned from this course. I will use these all technology tools in my real class. I hope to get chance to be participated in the future soon and learn new methodology and techniques in the days to come.
Hoping to get together in facebook and other websites with each other and share our ideas with my colleagues.

Week- 9
Hello everyone!
It's my great pleasure to inform to all my peers and mentors that we have finished our ninth week long travel of web skill course. I am really reloaded as well as updated with big bundle of knowledge. Today,I feel that I was really deprived from such golden opportunity before, I learnt how the learners learn ( learning styles of students) along with multiple intelligence of the learners. This week, we have competed our final project which was really a golden task for me. I would like to thank my instructor Donna and my colleagues a successful collaborating such crucial classes. I am wondering that every task given by our instructor Donna was fruitful for me, my colleagues, as well as my Access students of 4th cohort. I would like to thank to Oregon University and US Embassy for granting me such a wonderful chance to learn and teach my students. I hope all my colleagues also enjoyed this week. Finally, I would like to tell my friends 'Be in touch with technology tool if you really want to be a competent teacher.

Week- 8
Hello everyone!
It is about to kick out the course which is precious to me. In this week, we had few task for the discussion but much to do for the completion of our project. I have learned how to create wikis, nicenet class, padlet, blog and google drive. It was really fruitful week for me because I learned the process of creating and using those technology for my regular classes. Working on final project plan was our work where we worked with partner. It is very fun and easy to work with our partner. I have created nicenet class, padlet, blogsport, wikis, and google drive. But for wiki, I have not got the code from the administration. My nicenet class is for my Access students where they have posted some articles that they have created and padlet where my Access students have added their introduction and their poems on it.
I would like to thank to Dr. Donna for those all technologies that are very helpful for the learners.

Reflection of week-7
Hello everyone!
This week I learned the importance of mobile or one computer classroom. We all created our Padlet and posted some videos and articles on it about learner autonomy. It was really fun to use Padlet as a tool. I chose a project partner with whom I can collaborate to complete my work. I started implementing my project to my class. It was about the improvement of the listening and speaking skill via web tools.But I have focused on listening skill. The web tool I chose is a website: http://www.voki.com/pricing.php and http://learnamericanenglishonline.com/ and creating a blog where my students will share their videos and reflection on it. The blog is on Creative Writing.
I am hoping to improve my students English through these tools.

Reflection of Week-6
Hello everyone!

I am glad to share some ideas and techniques with you all that I learned during this week from my colleagues of different countries and my respected instructor Dr.Donna Shaw. I am wondering to see the time which is running rapidly making us to realize some new experiences which is wonderful as well as dreadful. Every experiences make us to search new techniques to overcome the problems that occurred in our daily life. The new techniques makes us to learn curiously. So, in this week, I learned many new different techniques and ideas from my friends related to teaching English.
Specially, We discussed on Interactive Teaching and Large Class of our own. In this topic, what I learned is; if we use new techniques and technology in the class, it will be effective teaching though there are maximum number of students. It will be interactive and interesting as well. I also learned about the use of technology for creating interactive Power-Point and got chance to know how can we create an interactive power point to teach English from my colleagues. I have downloaded some of the Power-Points of my friends which is very useful for me. I will use these slides in my real class too.
Finally, I have sketched one template report plane which has to fulfill some requirements of the final report. I hope we all share our plan in the upcoming weeks.

WEEK-5 Reflection
Hello everyone!
It is great that we have encountered half of our course. It was fun to learn new technology (i.e. Webquest) and to involve in reading activities. I would like to thank our instructor Dr. Donna for giving such a wonderful task that has made us creative. In this week we dealt with the PBT which was new for me too. I leaned how to create rubric and its importance and alternative assessment.
Regarding PBT, I have found it very useful and interesting that is totally practical based.
I do hope that all those techniques will be very useful to everyone. Specially I want to talk about rubric and the webquest which are really new thing for me, I have created my webquest on creative writing where I have shared about the poetry.

Week-4 Reflection
Hello Everyone!
I am wondering that we have nearly reached at the end of week-4.
It is really pleasing to get such a wonderful fun learning experience through
web in this week.
There was some challenging for me to complete this week because of
the internet connection. I have spent my free time learning new ideas and
searching different websites given by our instructor Donna. I worked all the
day for victims of earthquake by organizing fund raising program as I could.
Though I had to face many problems, I tried to complete my task successfully in
this week.
This weekend I enjoyed all the tasks and activities that we were given in our course. I felt it is fun to work online than text learning for everyone.
Week-4 Discussion- Reading, Writing and Vocabulary, I have learned new ideas to teach writing, reading skill using websites from discussion among different teachers around the world and from our facilitator Donna.It is easy implement those techniques and ideas in our real class too.
In project task, we discussed problems or issue of our classroom on the basis of technology. I was worrying about my own problem but knowing others' problem, I felt a bit relief. I came to know the problems of different countries and got some helpful solutions from the colleagues and our instructor Donna.
In task, I got a golden chance to involve in planning that I learned some important guiding techniques of making technology-enhanced lesson plan. Visiting different sites given by my colleagues is exciting that all the websites are valuable for teaching learning process.
I am very grateful to my instructor Donna Shaw for her boundless help to complete my week-4 and my all colleagues their continuous support. I hope getting more new train for teaching learning through web in the days to come.

Week 3
Hello everyone!
First of all, I would like to beg pardon for my delayed post. It is all because of terrible earthquake which had occurred on 25th April.It disturbed all the internet connection totally for many days. It is my third week experience that I want to share with you all. In this week-3 I have learned how to create delicious page and add link on this page. Besides this, We have discussed on the very important topic aural/ oral skill in English and we have carried out a project task: Read a sample project.
Working with different teachers of different countries is very interesting that we share our ideas and websites resources for teaching different skills. In this week-3, We did discussion on aural/ oral skill and shared different resources. I have read some of the projects of different scholars and came to know that how to carry out the project. Reading and analyzing other's task is very difficult, but it has become easy due to different discussions.
I want to share my own experience of the terrible disaster called Earthquake. It has killed thousands of people and thousands of them are wounded. We are working for them raising fund to support them in the day time. I am really pleased that we have the internet connection which has connected the whole world and made closer. Because of this technology, my country Nepal is getting help from different countries. There are many websites which are being used for different purpose recently.

Week three
Hello everyone!
This is the end of our third week. I am sorry for being late to post my experience of our week three. It was all due to the terrible earthquake that is still disturbing time and again. It is out of our control so it has disturbed the internet connection of my locality and my own.
The things which I have learned from this week are browsing, searching and reading online and the most thing is the methods of teaching aural and oral skill from my instructor Donna and my colleagues of different countries. We teachers are made not born as a sage. We need to adopt new ideas and techniques that needed to change the way we are. I myself have learn many new ideas and techniques from this course. It is the world of technology which has connected with education.
Delicious.com is one of the page which we have created in this week. I hope to implement in the real classroom that we learn from you all friends and respected teachers. This is a useful page which helps us to create and post.

In this week I learned how to search web and the use of ABCD for writing objectives. I would like to thank my instructor Donna for making me able to use webskill in my real teaching. My experience
Hello everyone!
My name is Sumitra Rai from Nepal. I am an instructor. I have been teaching English language since 2010 at AMURT Academy and at English Access Microscholarship Program, Nepal. I have recently started eteacher training from Oregon University. My instructor is Prof. Donna Shaw. I am enjoying my weeks being with Donna and other many friends of different countries. I have just completed 2 weeks. I hope to complete all weeks with a great success.
